Dear friend reading this, the greatest event that can ever happen in your life is when you believe in King Jesus to be Lord and savoiur of your life.

The Kingdom of God and the Greatest Events

The Kingdom of God is God’s governing influence over heaven(headquarters) and earth(the territory) impacting it with his values, will and intent. Therefore Salvation is not joining a religion or receiving a promise of a better life; it is being born again into God's Kingdom, having a relationship with him and transferring from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God’s dear Son, and submitting to Jesus Christ as King and Lord.

Jesus said, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). You enter God’s Kingdom by believing in Jesus Christ after changing your mind from(i have something to do to get saved TO i cannot save myself no matter the good things i do) —believe that Jesus died for all your (past, present and future sins), was buried, and rose again.

For the believer, salvation is therefore the beginning, not the end. Having entered the Kingdom by faith, we are called to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33), obey our King, live according to His Word, and represent His Kingdom on earth. Jesus said, “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15).

These are among the greatest events of life: discovering the Kingdom of God, being born again into it, growing and glowing as a citizen of the Kingdom, fulfilling the King’s purpose, and looking forward to the coming of our King, Jesus Christ.
